Joanne joined Quantis Tax Services in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of managerial and corporate administrative experience. Raised in Anaheim, California, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.

Her career began in real estate investment, where she proudly carried on her family’s tradition as a fourth-generation practitioner. Guided by her grandparents, who built a successful investment brokerage in Orange County, Joanne developed a strong foundation in client care, business management, and the importance of building lasting relationships.

Joanne is passionate about creating welcoming and meaningful experiences for every client. She works closely with the firm’s wealth advisors, tax preparers, and staff to keep communication flowing and ensure each interaction reflects care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Her approachable style helps clients feel supported and her team feel connected.

Joanne and her husband, Blake, live in McLean, Virginia. They have four grown sons and seven grandchildren, and she enjoys running, hiking, reading and traveling.
